Mikalice is in a small village of 300 inhabitants called Bretteville sur Ay- La plage, located between Barneville-Carteret and Agon-Coutainville on the west coast of Cotentin. It is only 5 minutes away from Portbail and 30 minutes from the railway stations of Carentan or Valognes.
La plage de sable à marée haute (rochers à marée basse pour la pêche à pieds) The sandy beach at high tide (you can go fishing in the rocks for crabs, clams or shrimps when the sea is at low tide)

Only a minute’s walk from the beach, Mikalice is a 2500 square feet contemporary house with two levels for 10 (12) people. The area is very quiet with a big garden (22000 sq ft) and a South oriented large private terrace.
